These fees are one-time expenses and include:

  1. Letting Fee - This fee encompasses all aspects of readying the property for leasing, such as advertising, negotiations, reference checks, and lease document preparation.

  2. Advertising Fees - This covers all costs related to promoting the property online, providing a property board, and professional photography services.

recurring Fees

Management Fee - Typically a percentage of the monthly rent, this fee covers rent collection, landlord payments, reporting, payment of outgoings, and all aspects necessary for managing your property effectively. We pride ourselves on our transparent pricing model, which means that unlike many agencies, we do not charge any additional fees, such as administration or statement processing fees. We believe these costs are part of our business operations and should not be an additional burden for our clients.
